Waypoint Ranch

Our team

Led by a family, and a tribe, still walking the road.

Waypoint Ranch was founded in 2014 by Ray and Stephanie Cirasa, and it is carried by a tribe of clinicians, equine specialists, and military families who are not done walking. The road is the search for a way out of a life at war with itself, toward a life of peace, calmness, and slowness.
