Opening 2027
A new waypoint on the ranch.
A two-story working barn is coming to Waypoint Ranch: a saddle room and hay loft below, and above them the thing we have never had, a gathering room with a kitchen where group sessions, retreats, and training can run year round. It is the cornerstone of our plan to grow nature-based therapy here, and it opens in 2027.

Inside the plans
A working barn below. A gathering place above.
The new building joins the existing barn through a shared breezeway, so therapy, chores, and community happen under one connected roof. Drawings by We Plan Homes, released for construction in spring 2026.

Raise it with us
Every barn this country ever raised was raised by neighbors.
The barn is how Waypoint grows from weekend capacity to year-round nature-based therapy for military families. Gifts of money, materials, and skilled hands all move the opening day closer. Waypoint Ranch CLC is a 501(c)(3), FEIN 47-2650937, and every gift is tax deductible.
