Waypoint Ranch

Opening 2027

A new waypoint on the ranch.

A two-story working barn is coming to Waypoint Ranch: a saddle room and hay loft below, and above them the thing we have never had, a gathering room with a kitchen where group sessions, retreats, and training can run year round. It is the cornerstone of our plan to grow nature-based therapy here, and it opens in 2027.

Inside the plans

A working barn below. A gathering place above.

The new building joins the existing barn through a shared breezeway, so therapy, chores, and community happen under one connected roof. Drawings by We Plan Homes, released for construction in spring 2026.

First floor: the working barn

924 sq ft
  • Breezeway

14' x 10' double barn doors at each end, wide enough for horses, hay wagons, and everyone who follows them in.

  • Saddle room

Tack, gear, and a place to get ready for equine sessions.

  • Office & powder room

A quiet, conditioned room for intake, paperwork, and private conversations.

  • Feed & hay rooms

Working storage that keeps the ranch running through every season.

Second floor: the gathering room

862 sq ft
  • Group classroom

A vaulted room with exposed framing and triple windows on the long wall, sized for group therapy, family programs, and practitioner training.

  • Kitchen

Shared meals are half the medicine of a retreat. Now they have a home.

  • Half bath & storage

The practical parts that make all-day programming possible.

  • Overlook platform

An outdoor deck off the classroom, looking over the pastures.

The road to 2027

Twelve years in, the next waypoint.

2014

Ray and Stephanie Cirasa found Waypoint Ranch after their own walk through PTSD and loss.

2026

Construction drawings released and building begins: a freestanding two-story barn rising just in front of the original barn.

2027

The barn opens and the expanded nature-based therapy program launches: group sessions, retreats, and training under one roof.

Raise it with us

Every barn this country ever raised was raised by neighbors.

The barn is how Waypoint grows from weekend capacity to year-round nature-based therapy for military families. Gifts of money, materials, and skilled hands all move the opening day closer. Waypoint Ranch CLC is a 501(c)(3), FEIN 47-2650937, and every gift is tax deductible.
